Introducing Zachary, 16, and Eddie, 17, collectively known as Diverse. They have been singing and performing since a very young age and have performed leading roles in off Broadway productions, television, movies and commercials. Although their talents are truly diverse, their first passion is music.
When they’re not writing and recording with award winning Music Producer Eddie Galan, (High School Musical, Backstreet Boys, The Clique Girls, Myra), the pop duo can be seen performing at live music festivals throughout the tri-state area. They were featured at Ashford & Simpson’s New Music Showcase in NYC and performed live at the legendary Apollo Theater in Harlem. Diverse was recently selected as finalists in the Six Flags “Fame, Fortune & Flags” National Talent Search sponsored by Jive Records. The selection garnered them a featured spot at Six Flags Great Adventure’s Arena opening for UK Artist, JLS and Hot Chelle Rae, where they performed to a packed house.
Their infectious new songs, “Won’t Stop Until You’re Mine” and “When The Beat Drops” have both become No. 1 on tweenpopradio.com and their newest video for “When The Beat Drops” is quickly becoming a hit on Youtube and iTunes. Diverse is also a favorite of DJ DeeDee from K-UTH.biz radio, where they were interviewed and featured on the internet radio station. It is also on steady rotation on Sky Kid Radio and has recently been featured on Hometown Heroes Radio Show at WSTW, 93.7, in Wilmington, DE. Their songs have also been broadcast on DigiVegas and Tampa Bay Music Podcast. They have recently been featured in Songwriter’s Monthly, September 2010, Issue 128 and will be performing in the 2011 West Indie Music Fest in Las Vegas. Both songs were co-written by Diverse along with Eddie Galan and his Mach 1 Team of talented songwriters and producers. They are currently working on new songs and went to Los Angeles to collaborate and record once again with Galan and team.
Since Diverse’s inception, they have attracted crowds of all ages with their contagious energy and zeal for performing. People from all backgrounds have enjoyed listening to the sensational harmonies of these two dynamic personalities. Diverse has only just begun, but it seems the sky is the limit for this exciting new pop duo.
